What is a connected work order?
A work order that Lumberjack syncs between your system and a connected partner’s system. Work orders that stay within your own software are never counted. Each connected work order counts once per month, no matter how many updates or visits it involves.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the difference between your current plan amount and your new plan amount is billed immediately. If you downgrade, the new plan amount takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
