Privacy Policy
Lumberjack Technologies Inc.
Effective date: July 6, 2026
At Lumberjack Technologies Inc. (“Lumberjack,” “we,” or “us”), we take privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information in connection with our Services — our integration platform connecting property management systems (“PMS”) and field service management platforms (“FSM”), our white-label FSM product, and our website. By using or accessing our Services, you acknowledge the practices described below.
Your use of the Services is subject to our Terms of Use, which incorporates this Privacy Policy. Undefined terms used here have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Use.
If you have a disability, you may access this Privacy Policy in an alternative format by contacting contact@lmbrjack.com.
A note on two kinds of data
Because Lumberjack operates as connective infrastructure between our business customers (PMS platforms, FSM platforms, and property managers) and their own vendors, contractors, and tenants, we handle Personal Data in two distinct capacities:
As a Controller: Personal Data we collect directly from you — for example, if you’re a named user on a customer’s Lumberjack account, a visitor to our website, or a billing contact. This Privacy Policy governs that data.
As a Processor / Service Provider: Personal Data our business customers submit to or route through the Services in the course of their own operations — for example, a contractor’s name and dispatch address, or GPS and timestamp data captured during a SmartReview job verification. We process this data solely on our customers’ instructions, as governed by our Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) with that customer, not by this Privacy Policy. If you are an individual whose data was submitted by one of our business customers (e.g., a contractor or tenant) and you have questions about that data, please contact that business directly; we will support their request in accordance with our DPA.
